Recipe - Elaines Santa Cookies

2 cup Shortening
3 cup Sugar
4 Eggs
6 cup Flour (up to 7)
1 teaspoon Nutmeg
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon Almond extract

Cream shortening and sugar, beat in eggs, spices, and extracts. Work in
flour until dough is stiff. Chill 1 hour. Roll, cut, and bake.

Bake @ 400 for 56 mins. DO NOT OVER BAKE!
