6 Green chiles roast, peel,
Chop
1 md White onion chopped
1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Vinegar
1 teaspoon Oil
1 bn Cilantro chopped
Mash garlic in a wooden salad bowl. Add remaining ingredients, including
cilantro, if desired, and toss. Chill before serving.
Yield: 2 cups
