Recipe - Eiersalat (Egg Salad)

5 Eggs
One half cup Cream
4 tablespoon Oil
2 tablespoon Mustard
One half teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
Parsley
Tomatoes
Cucumbers
Boil the eggs for 8 minutes, then chill and peel. Mash the yolk of one egg
and mix well with the cream, oil, mustard, paprika, lemon juice, salt,
pepper, and parsley. Dice the other eggs and mix with the sauce. Garnish
with tomato and cucumber slices.
