Recipe - Eggnog Royale

Ingredients:
Eggnog Royale recipe makes 12 Servings
2 pt Coffee Ice Cream
2 qt Eggnog
3 cup Cold coffee
2 cup Heavy/whipping cream
Nutmeg
The night before make 10 large icecream balls and place them on a cookie
sheet in your freezer to harden.
When you are ready to serve the punch, Mix eggnog and coffee together. Beat
heavy cream and fold in to coffee/eggnog mixture. Float icecream balls on
top. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
