Recipe - Eggnog Coffee

One fourth cup Brandy
1 One half tablespoon Dark rum
1 tablespoon Brown sugar, firmly packed
1 One half teaspoon Instant espresso powder or
instant coffee powder
2 cup Purchased lowfat eggnog
One fourth cup Frozen dessert topping
1/8 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
Combine first 4 ingredients in a pitcher until sugar and espresso powder
dissolve. Stir in eggnog. Cover and refrigerate. (Can be prepared 1 day
ahead. Serve in cups with a dollop of topping, and sprinkle with a dash of
nutmeg.
