Recipe - Eggnog

1 Dozen eggs, beaten
1 qt Milk
1 cn Evaporated milk
4 ounce Vanilla
2 cup Granulated sugar
6 ds Cinnamon, approximately
6 ds Nutmeg, approximately
One half pt Rum
One half pt Bourbon
One half cup Brandy
Mix well & serve. Note: If worried about salmonella, beat eggs & milk
together & heat, stirring constantly, until mixture coats the spoon. Let
cool and proceed with rest of recipe.
