Recipe - Eggless Mock Mayonnaise

3 tablespoon Evaporated milk
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Paprika
One fourth teaspoon Prepared mustard
1 pn White pepper
One half cup Vegetable oil
4 teaspoon Lemon juice
Makes about Three fourths cup. Good with coleslaw, egg salad sandwich, potato salad.
Combine in mixing bowl (or blender) milk, salt, paprika, mustard and
pepper. Beat oil in gradually. Thin with 34 tsp lemon juice. Keep covered
in refrigerator.
