Recipe - Eggless Mayonnaise (Vegetarian)

3 teaspoon Lemon juice
One half cup Soy milk
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Paprika
One fourth teaspoon Prepared mustard
6 teaspoon Vegetable oil
Put all the ingredients except the oil in a blender. Blend on the lowest
speed.
Graduallyliterally one drop at a timeadd the oil until the mixture starts
to thicken.
Continue blending until thickened and smooth. Transfer to a jar and store
in the refrigerator. Makes Three fourths c.
