Ingredients:
Eggless Corn Muffins recipe makes 100 Servings
1 cup Cornmeal
One half cup Flour
One fourth cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Baking powder
1 cup Milk
2 tablespoon Shortening, melted
Sift and mix together the dry ingredients. Add the milk and shortening.
Pour into greased muffin tins and bake at 350F for 30 minutes. Source:
