Recipe - Egg N Onion Sandwich

1 Egg
1 tablespoon (up to)
2 tablespoon Butter
2 sl Fresh white bread; buttered
1 sl Bermuda onion
Salt & pepper to taste
Catsup

Break egg in cup & beat thoroughly. Melt butter in small iron skillet over
medium heat. Pour egg into skillet & flip when in solid disk. Serve on
bread with onion slice. Top with salt, pepper & catsup. Good
anytimebefore golf, fishing, hunting or just an evening snack.
