1 One fourth cup WATER
2 EGGS SHELL
Three fourths ounce MILK; DRY NONFAT L HEAT
YIELD: ABOUT 1 One half CUPS
1. COMBINE MILK AND WATER; MIX UNTIL THOROUGHLY BLENDED.
2. ADD EGGS; WHIP UNTIL WELL BLENDED.
3. BRUSH ON PIES. ALLOW TO DRY BEFORE BAKING.
NOTE: 1. THIS WASH WILL COVER 13 TO 15 TWOCRUST PIES (APPLE,
BLUEBERRY, CHERRY, PEACH, AND PINEAPPLE) THAT ARE BAKED 30 TO
35 MINUTES. SEE RECIPE NO. IG2.
NOTE: 2. KEEP ALL WASHES REFRIGERATED UNTIL READYTOUSE.
