Recipe - Egg Replacement (Egg Substitute)

FOR LARGE BATCH
24 lg Eggs, white only
1 cup Non fat dry milk
One fourth cup Canola oil
One fourth teaspoon Turmeric (up to 1/2)
FOR SMALL BATCH
6 lg Egg whites only
One fourth cup Dry not fat milk
1 tablespoon Canola oil
6 dr Tumeric
Blend until smooth, refrigerate 1 week or freeze. Package into useful sized
containers, freeze until needed.
