Recipe - Egg N Mushroom Omelet

1 md Egg; beaten
One fourth cup Canned mushrooms; chopped
1 ds Hot sauce; or to taste
1 teaspoon Onion flakes; dried,
crumbled
1 teaspoon Parsley flakes
One fourth teaspoon Paprika; or to taste

In a bowl combine egg, mushrooms, hot sauce, onion flakes and parsley. Pour
into a preheated nonstick skillet. Bring mixture quickly together with
spatula towards center before egg is completely set. Sprinkle top with
paprika. Turn and cook top side. Serve hot. Source: I'm not sure if this
is a WW recipe but it will fit the program.
