Recipe - Egg Kichelach

3 Eggs
One half cup Oil
2 tablespoon Sugar
1 cup Sifted flour
One fourth teaspoon Salt

Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Then beat in remaining ingredients, until
very smooth . Drop from a teaspoon onto a greased baking sheet about
3inches apart. Sprinkle with sugar, if desired. Bake at 325*F for 15 to
