Ingredients:
Egg Dumplings recipe makes 1 Servings
8 cup Water
One half teaspoon Salt
3 Eggs, well beaten
One half cup Water
2 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
Heat 8 cups water and One half t salt to boiling in Dutch oven. Mix eggs, 1/2
cup water, flour and 1 t salt. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls into boiling
water. Cook uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally; drain. (Dumplings
will be chewy, not fluffy.)
