Recipe - Egg Cream

One fourth cup Cold milk
2 tablespoon Chocolate syrup
Seltzer water *
* cold, unflavored sparkling water (seltzer, club soda, whatever you
call it)
Pour the milk and syrup into a tall glass. Stir to combine, and then
pour in the sparkling water. Serve immediately.
