Recipe - Egg-Less Chocolate Mousse Pie!

7 ounce Marshmallow Fluff
One fourth cup Pareve milk
2 Sq bittersweet chocolate
A dash of salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 Container Rich's whip
1 9in graham cracker pie
crust
FOR PIE CRUST
8 Graham crackers
2 tablespoon Margarine
One fourth cup Sugar
1.Mix fluff, chocolate, milk, and salt in pot over very low flame until
melted and thick, or melt in microwave for 2 minutes, stirring after one
minute.
2.Add vanilla and let cool in refrigerator 30 minutes.
3.Whip Rich's for 10 minutes.
4.Mix all ingredients together.
5.Freeze in pie shell.
6.Garnish with graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, or chocolate
shavings.
For pie crust:
1.Chop crackers in food processor.
2.Add other ingredients and blend until smooth.
3.Spread into pie tin.
4.Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
