One fourth cup Raw, grated potato
up to One half cup
One fourth cup Chopped Onion
One fourth cup Grated Carrot
Three fourths teaspoon Salt;or less
1 ds Pepper
One half cup Broth; up to 1 cup
gravy, tomato juice,etc
1 cup Chopped Vegetables
optional
peas, carrots,
green beans, celery
Green peppers etc

Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350* for 1 hour. You do not have to add the
optional vegetables, but it is a good way for children to learn to enjoy
them.
