Recipe - Edensoy Carrot Cake

1 cup EDEN Safflower Oil
1 cup Maple syrup
1 One half cup EDENsoy
OR any EDEN food beverage
4 tablespoon Flax seed*
4 cup Unbleached white flour
2 teaspoon Baking powder
2 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon LIMA Sea Salt
1 One half teaspoon Cinnamon
One half teaspoon Allspice
3 cup Grated raw carrots
1 cup Chopped walnuts
One half cup Raisins
*(grind flax in a coffee grinder and dissolve in Edensoy)
Preheat oven to 350 F. Blend oil, maple syrup and EDENsoy (With diSSOlVed
flax seed). Sift flour with baking powder and soda. Add
remaining ingredients. Mix well, add wet ingredients to dry and
stir in well. Bake in a 9" x 13" pan at 350 F for 35 to 40 minutes.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Baking Time: 3540 minutes
Yield: 1215 servings
