Recipe - Eden Hummus

Ingredients:

24 ounce EDEN Great Northern Beans
OR EDEN Garbanzo Beans
(jarOR
2 cn EDEN Navy Beans (15 ounce ea)
OR EDEN Garbanzo Beans
One fourth CUP tahini

2 tablespoons EDEN EXtra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons EDEN Umeboshi Paste
34 cloves garlic, chopped
% lemon, juiced

Blend all ingredients in a food processor or

mash with a potato masher, adjusting consistency

with a little water if desired. Now you can make

a quick, homemade version of this Middle
Eastern favorite. We use umeboshi paste for
added flavor. Serve as a dip with chiPs or with
warm pita bread.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Yield: 6 servings
