Recipe - Economy Waffles

2 Eggs
One half cup Milk; sweet
One half teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 cup Flour
1 tablespoon Butter; melted or substit
ute

Beat yolks of eggs, add milk, salt, flour and baking powder mixed
together and shortening. Add stiffly beaten whites of eggs and bake on
waffle iron unto crips and brown.
