Ingredients:
Eau De Cologne recipe makes 16 Servings
One half cup Lavender
One fourth cup Rosemary
1 Lemon; peel of
1 Orange; peel of
One half cup Orange mint leaves
One half cup Lemon balm
2 cup Rose water
2 cup Rubbing alcohol; or vodka
Place all ingredients in a large glass jar with cover; steep for 810 days.
Strain and pour into a sterlized bottle.
