1 "squeeze" of lemon juice
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Cinnamon to taste
Ground or slivered almonds;
(I use a cupfull)

Mix together all ingredients and form into 23 freeform loaves Bake on
cookie sheets lined with baking (parchment) paper in 350 F oven until
brown2030 mins. If you wish cut into slices and return to 200 F oven to
dry out.(I omit this part we like them chewy!)
NOTE: Walnuts or Pecans may be substituted for Almonds
