Recipe - Easy And Delicious Cheesecake

1 (9inch) graham cracker
crust
1 (8oz) package cream cheese;
softened
1 cn (14oz) sweeten condensed
milk
1/3 cup Lemon juice from concentrate
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

OPTIONAL
1 cn (21oz) cherry or blueberry
pie filling

In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweeten
condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into
prepared crust. Chill about 3 hours or until set. Top with desired amount
of pie filling before serving. Keep chilled!
