Recipe - Easy Veggie Kugel
Categories: Kugels, Vegetables, Low-cal, Easy Veggie Kugel
2 pound Frozen vegetables; (or
fresh) cooked
3 Eggs; or 6 whites
3 tablespoon Onion soup mix
3 tablespoon Mayonnaise; or lowfat mayo
Wheat germ
Chop the veggies. Combine with rest, except wheat germ. Sprinkle a greased
9"x13" pan, and sprinkle with wheat germ. Spoon veggie misture over.
Sprinkle top with wheat germ. Bake 3540 min. at 375F.
NOTES : Use cauliflower, broccoli, mixed veggies, or any combination.
