Recipe - Easy Sweet-N-Sour Pork Chops

4 Pork rib or loin chops (1/4
to 1/2inch thick
2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Three fourths teaspoon Salt, divided
Three fourths cup Unsweetened pineapple juice
One half cup Green bell pepper strips
3 tablespoon Brown sugar, firmly packed
2 tablespoon Corn starch
1/8 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat; cook pork chops until browned,
turning occasionally, about 10 to 12 minutes. Sprinkle One fourth teaspoon salt
over pork; remove to warm platter and keep warm. Pour off drippings from
skillet; add remaining ingredients and rest of salt. Bring to a boil over
high heat; return pork to pan. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 to 7
minutes.
