Recipe - Easy Stroganoff

1 Steak (we use
porterhousewhich comes to
about 2 pounds)
3 tablespoon Flour
One half cup Butter or margarine
1 small Onion; chopped
1 cn (34 oz) cut or sliced up mushrooms;
undrained
3 tablespoon Water
1 Envelope (1oz) dry onion
soup mix (we use mrs.
grass)
1 pt Sour cream
Hot cooked wide egg noodles

Hi everyone!! This recipe is a great dinner for those busy nights!!
Slice the steak diagonally into strips; dredge in flour. Brown the pieces
in the butter in a large skillet. Add the onion and mushrooms with the
liquid from the mushrooms. Stir in the soup mix. Bring to a boil, reduce
the heat and add the sour cream. Cook, until thoroughly heatedabout 1520
minutes and serve over the noodles.
