Recipe - Easy Square Meatballs

1 pound Ground beef
1 Egg; slightly beaten
One half cup Unseasoned dry bread crumbs
One fourth cup Milk
2 tablespoon Finely chopped onion or
instant minced onion
1 tablespoon Dried parsley flakes
One half teaspoon Garlic salt or salt
One half teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
Heat oven to 425 degrees. In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
In ungreased 15x10x1inch baking pan, pat meat mixture into a 6inch
square. Cut meat into 36 squares; do not separate squares. Bake at 425 for
1520 minutes or until meatballs are no longer pink in center. Separate
meatballs by cutting apart. 4 servings.
