Recipe - Easy Seafood Salad

1 cup Salad Shrimp; Cooked
1 cup Crab Or Flaked Mock Crab
One half cup Celery; Chopped
One fourth cup Pimento; Chopped
2 tablespoon Onion; Minced
1 cup Green Peas; Thawed
One half cup Thousand Island Salad
Dressing; Reduced Fat
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
One fourth teaspoon Marjoram
One fourth cup Plain Nonfat Yogurt
Combine shrimp, crab, celery, pimento, onion and pepper in a serving bowl.
In shaker container, mix salad dressing, lemon juice, pepper, marjoram and
yogurt. Pour dressing over salad, toss and serve. Yield 4 servings (1 cup).
