Recipe - Easy Salmon Salad

1 One fourth pound Fresh salmon; cooked boned
and flaked
1 Celery stalk; minced
2 Shallots; pelled and chopped
3 Green onions; chopped
1 Hard boiled egg; choped
4 tablespoon Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper
1 Lemon ; juice of
Place salmon and vegetables in bowl. Add hard boiled egg mayonnaise, salt
and pepper. Mix well.
Add lemon juice and mix again.
Correct seasoning and serve on mixesd greens.
Garnish with slices of cooked mushrooms, if desired.
