Recipe - Easy Prune Whip

1 Jar Junior Prunes (Gerber
or other brand baby food)
One half cup Heavy (whipping) cream
1 tablespoon Sugar

Whip cream, add sugar and prunes and blend well.
Season with either 1 teaspoon vanilla (our usual), or a squeeze of lemon
juice, or 1 teaspoon marmalade. Taste! Refrigerate till ready to serve.
