Ingredients:
Easy Peach Crunch recipe makes 4 Servings
1 1lb 13oz can peaches; draine
Cinnamon
Three fourths cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Salt
1 cup Sugar
1 Egg
Recipe by: Phyllis Morris Place drained peaches in bottom of pan. Cover
with cinnamon. Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and egg.
Sprinkle on top of fruit. Melt butter and pour over top. Bake at 375 for
30 minutes.
