1/3 cup Butter
2 cup Fresh peach slices
3 tablespoon Powdered sweetener
1 cup Flour
Three fourths cup Skim milk
1 One half teaspoon Baking powder
Melt butter in a 1 1/2qt. baking dish. Add peaches to melted butter. Mix
together the sweetener, flour, milk and baking powder. Pour over peaches
but DO NOT STIR. Bake at 375 until golden brown. Serves 5 Exchange: 1
