Recipe - Easy Patty Shells

6 sl White bread
One half cup Butter; softened
Preheat oven to 300ø. Remove crust from bread and roll flat with a rolling
pin. Butter both sides of bread. Stuff and pat into a custard cup or a
muffin tin. Make sure the bread conforms to the tin. Bake until bread is
brown and crisp. Yield: 6 shells.
