Recipe - Easy Paella

1 cup Rice; Raw
3 tablespoon Oil
3 Cloves garlic; minced
1 md Onion; chopped
2 cup Chicken broth
2 cup Deboned chicken; cooked and
cut up
One fourth teaspoon Saffron
2 tablespoon Capers
1 small Canned peas
1 Tomato; chopped
Salt; to taste
Saute rice in oil with garlic and onions until brown; stirring
continuously. Add the rest of the ingredients. Pour into a greased baking
dish and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes covered and an additional 1015
minutes uncovered. Any seafood such as shrimp, mussels or squid can be
