Recipe - Easy Mw Peanut Fudge

2 ounce Unsweetened chocolate; 2 sq
One half cup Butter; or margarine
One fourth cup Milk;or One half & 1/2)
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
3 One half cup Powdered sugar
1 cup Peanuts; dry roasted

Microwave chocolate, butter, and milk in a 2qt. microwave safe bowl for 1
One half to 2 One half minutes at MEDHIGH (70%) see* below, until butter looks
melted. Stir until smooth and choc. is melted. Stir in vailla; beat in
sugar gradually until mixture is smooth and creamy, but not crumbly. Sir in
nuts. Pour into a buttered 8 inch square pan. Chill to firm (20 mins). Cut
into squares.
