Ingredients:
Easy Mint Chip Ice Cream recipe makes 42 Servings
1 cn (14 oz) sweetened condensed
milk
2 tablespoon Water
One half teaspoon Peppermint extract
4 dr Green food coloring
2 cup Whipping cream; whipped
1 cup Miniature chocolate chips
In a large bowl, combine milk, water, extract and food coloring. Fold in
whipped cream and chocolate chips. Pour into a foillined 9x5x2inch loaf
pan. Cover and freeze for 6 hours or until firm. Lift out of the pan and
remove foil; slice.
