Recipe - Easy Low Fat Pasta Alfredo

4 cup Pasta, cooked
One fourth cup Lowfat Cottage Cheese (1%
milkfat)
1/8 cup Non fat plain yogurt
2 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese (Fresh
grated, please!)
1 tablespoon Butter, softened
Place the last 4 ingredients in a blender and blend until very smooth. Pour
sauce over cooked noodles and heat thoroughly until parmesan is well melted
and pasta is heated through. Garnish with additional grated parmesan and
pepper. Makes 8 One half cup side dish servings.
