Recipe - Easy Lamb Curry

1 One fourth cup Milk
2 Envelopes instant cream of
chicken soup; for ind.
servings
One half cup Sour cream
2 cup Cooked cubed lamb
1 One half teaspoon Curry powder; (up to 2)

Condiments
In a large saucepan, heat milk until steaming. Stir in instant cream of
chicken soup with a fork until smooth. Blend in sour cream, lamb and curry
powder. Simmer, uncovered, 510 minutes until thick. Do not boil. Serve

NOTES : Condiments: banana slices in lime/lemon juice, raisins, peanuts,
chutney, chopped green onions, etc.
