Recipe - Easy Italian Skillet Supper

1 pound Italian sausage; casing
removed, crumbled OR ground
beef
1 md Onion; cut into wedges
1 md Green bell pepper; cut into
strips
2 Cloves garlic; minced
1 pack (6.8ounce)
RiceARoni®spanish
One half cup Sliced pimentostuffed
olives
1 teaspoon Dried oregano
1 cn (141/2ounce) tomatoes;
undrained, chopped
1.In large skillet, saute‚ sausage, onions, bell pepper and garlic until
sausage is no longer pink; remove with slotted spoon. Set aside.
2.In skillet, prepare RICEARONI® as package directs adding olives and
oregano with water, tomatoes and Special Seasonings.
Cover; simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until most of liquid is absorbed and rice
is tender.
3.Stir in sausage mixture; serve.
