Recipe - Easy Hamentashen

1 pack Duncan HIness Deluxe Yellow
Cake Mix
1 cup Flour
2 Eggs
2 tablespoon Water
Filling of choice (I usually use Solo ) Combine mix, flour, eggs and water
in mixer til well blended. Roll out One fourth of dough at a time on a lightly
floured surface to 1/8 " thickness. Cut into 21/2"3" corcles. Place one
tsp filling in center, draw up 3 sides to form a triangle and pinch edges
together, lightly moistening edges with water if necessary. Place on
lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 68 minutes or until golden.
