Recipe - Easy Garden Bake

Ingredients:

1 cup Zucchini; chopped
1 cup Tomato; chopped
One half cup Onion; chopped
1/3 cup Grated parmesan cheese
1 cup Milk
One half cup Bisquick® baking mix
2 Eggs
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper

Heat oven to 400. Lightly grease square baking dish, 8x8x2 inch. or pie
plate, 9x 1One fourth inch. Sprinkle zucchini, tomato, onion and cheese evenly in
pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients in blender on high speed 15 sec.,
with hand beater 1 min. or until smooth. Pour evenly in dish. Bake 30 to 35
minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 min.
before cutting.

EASY CHICKENGARDEN BAKE: Add 2 cans (5 oz. each) chunk chicken, drained,
or 1 cup cutup cooked chicken with the vegetables.

High Altitude: Bake about 50 min. For Easy ChickenGarden Bake, use pie
plate, 10x11/2.
