Recipe - Easy Corn Puff

20 ounce Frozen Corn or chopped
Broccoli
1 cup Bisquick Baking Mix
1 cup Milk
2 Eggs
One half teaspoon Salt
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
(about 4 ozs.)
Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Butter 5cup souffle dish or 1 1/2quart round
casserole. Cook corn as directed on package; drain. Beat Baking Mix,
milk, eggs, and salt with hand beater until smooth. Stir in corn and
cheese. Pour into souffle dish. Bake until knife inserted halfway between
center and edge comes out clean, about 1 hour. Serve immediately.
Makes 6 servings.
