Ingredients:
Easy Company Asparagus recipe makes 1 Coffeecake
One fourth cup Margarine
One fourth cup Sauterne wine
1 cn (15oz) asparagus spears;
drained
Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Melt margarine and mix with wine. Pour over drained asparagus. Sprinkle
heavily with Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake until heated
through. Yield: 4 servings.
