Recipe - Easy Chicken And Rice Casserole

6 Chicken breasts
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
1 cn Cream of celery soup
One fourth cup Butter or margarine
1 cup Raw rice
1 pack Dry onion soup mix
1 cup Milk
Salt
Pepper
Grease 9x13inch casserole. Combine milk & soups. Layer rice & soups,
saving One half cup soup mixture. Put chicken breasts on top & pour remaining
soup mixture over chicken. Dot with butter & sprinkle onion soup mix over
top. Add salt & pepper. Cover with heavy foil & cook at 275 for 21/2
hours. (Delicious & easy.)
