Recipe - Easy Chicken Fried Rice

3 Strips bacon, minced
One half Red bell pepper, minced
1 Egg, beaten
3 tablespoon Soy sauce
One fourth cup Scallion, finely chopped
1/8 cup Peas, frozen or fresh
2 cup COLD, cooked rice
2 cup Chicken, cooked and shredded
INSTRUCTIONS
1 Cook the bacon in a wok or
large skillet over
mediumhigh heat until
Crisp.
2 Add the scallions, red
pepper and peas to the
wok. Stirfry for 1
Minute.
3 Add the egg and scarmble.
4 Stir in the rice and
chicken until heated
through, separating the
rice.
5 Add the soy sauce and stir
until heated through.
6 Serve immediately.
