Recipe - Easy Cheesey Potato Scallop

2 cup Thinly cut or sliced up cooked, peeled
Potatoes
One half cup Finely chopped onion
2 tablespoon Allpurpose flour
2 tablespoon Cheese flavor sprinkles,
Divided
1 One half teaspoon Parsley flakes
One fourth teaspoon Ground mustard powder
One fourth teaspoon Table blen seasoning
Three fourths cup Skim or lowfat milk, heated
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 1qt. casserole or baking dish with
nonstick cooking spray. In a small bowl, blend together flour, 1 1/2
tablespoon cheese flavor sprinkles, parsley flakes, mustard and blend
seasoning. Place a thin layer of potatoes in casserole. Top with a thin
layer of chopped onion. Sprinkle with seasoned flour mixture. Repeat
layers with seasoned flour mixture. Repeat the layers. Pour heated milk
evenly over casserole mixture. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Remove cover, continue baking 10 minutes, until potatoes are golden and
sauce is thickened. Sprinkle with remaining One half teaspoon cheese sprinkles.
