Recipe - Easy Black Bean Chili

Categories: None, Easy Black Bean Chili
Ingredients:

1 cn Black beans; (Progresso is
good), partially drained
Canned chopped tomatoes;
(add to taste)
1 One half tablespoon Chili powder
One fourth teaspoon Cayenne; (more if you like
it spicy)
3 tablespoon Chopped onion; (use dried
minced onion to save time)
One fourth teaspoon Garlic powder

This is a chili that I make for myself when I'm starved and have no time.
It's also lowfat and really easy!

Mix all ingredients, cook for about 15 minutes or so, until the flavors
blend. Top with shredded cheddar.
