Recipe - Easy Beef Stew

2 pound Beef chuck or stew meat, cut
in 1" cubes
3 Carrots, cut (up to 4)
6 Potatoes, cut in pieces (up
to 8)
Three fourths teaspoon Salt
2 Onions, peeled and quatered
1 cup Barbeque sauce (just use
your favorite kind)
1 One fourth One half C. water (up to 1)
Combine meat, carrots and potatoes in heavy pot. Don't brown. Stir
everything together to coat with sauce. Bring to boil and stir. Reduce heat
to simmer. Cover and simmer about 2 hrs. Add more liquid if needed and stir
occasionally.
This is sooo easy and soooo good.
