Recipe - Easy Beef Burgundy

2 pound Beef steak; cubed
4 md Onions; cut or sliced up
1 Clove garlic
One fourth cup Butter
2 cn Beef gravy
One half cup Burgundy wine
Salt and pepper to taste
One fourth teaspoon Thymr
One fourth teaspoon Marjoram
One fourth teaspoon Oregano
1 cn (small) mushrooms
Saute onions and garlic in butter until tender; discard garlic and remove
onions from pan. Brown meat in drippings. Add gravy, wine and spices. Add
onions and mushrooms. Simmer, covered, 2 hours, until tender.
